This page lays out the rules of play at Belleville Casino. Taken together, they form the agreement between you and us, so please read them carefully before you place a stake.

A. Accepting these terms

Sign up or play, and these rules apply.

Open an account or play any game here and these terms apply to you. They run side by side with our Bonus Policy, Your Privacy, About Cookies, Safer Play, Account Verification and Underage Gambling Policy pages. Don't agree? Then don't sign up and don't play.

B. Changes to these terms

New rules get posted before they switch on.

We revise these terms whenever the law shifts, new games land, payment options get added, or a rule needs clearer wording. Every fresh edition goes live on this page, carrying the date it starts to apply. If an update touches your money or your account, expect an email or an on-screen notice as soon as you sign in.

Keep playing after the start date and the new edition covers your play. Rather call it a night? Cash out your available balance and ask us to shut the account down.

C. Limits of our liability

We operate with care, yet certain events are beyond our control.

Keeping the lights bright and the games accurate is our job, and we take it seriously. Still, no one can guarantee nonstop access or software without faults. Losses arising from any of the following are not our responsibility:

• problems with your internet connection, device or browser;
• outages, attacks or events outside our reasonable control;
• your own breach of these terms or misuse of the site;
• someone using your login after you shared it or failed to protect it.

If a loss is our fault, our liability covers no more than the affected stake or deposit, unless Canadian law prohibits that limit.

D. Game rules, RNG and live games

RNG games

An RNG, short for random number generator, decides every result in slots, video poker and digital table games. Each outcome stands on its own: it doesn't lean on past rounds, and nothing can alter it once the round is under way.

Live games

Live tables are broadcast from a studio, where real dealers operate the games. Each round is decided by the result the studio records. Should your stream cut out, the round continues to its end and the recorded result is settled to your account.

Malfunctions

Any malfunction makes all affected pays and plays void. Where a fault in a game, in our systems or in a supplier's systems leads to an incorrect result or balance, we void the rounds concerned and fix the balance. Any stake taken for a voided round is returned to you.

E. Prohibited conduct

Play straight. No shortcuts, no schemes.

On our site you must not:

• use automated tools, bots or scripts that wager in your place or harvest game data;
• team up with fellow players to grab an unfair edge;
• knowingly exploit a bug, error or pricing mistake;
• open more than one account, or use someone else's account;
• deposit with a card or wallet that does not belong to you;
• hide where you are, for example with a VPN or proxy;
• move money through us to disguise where it came from;
• abuse or threaten our team.

Catch any of this and the stakes in question, plus anything they won, may be voided. Balances can be held while we dig in. Accounts face limits or full shutdown, and where legally required, we hand the case to the authorities.

Send complaints to [email protected]. Include the game or transaction in dispute, your username, the precise date and time the problem hit, plus a quick summary of events. Screenshots help.

Step one: we let you know your message landed. Step two: we look into the facts and email our decision, with the reasoning spelled out. Not convinced? Reply on that thread and a senior colleague will take a fresh look at the case.

G. Deposits and withdrawals in CAD

Canadian dollars in. Canadian dollars out.

Every balance, stake and payout on our site is in Canadian dollars (CAD).

• Deposit with Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Google Pay, MuchBetter, Flexepin or Neteller. The minimum deposit is C$20.
• Withdraw with Interac e-Transfer, Visa or Neteller. The minimum withdrawal is C$100.
• No single withdrawal maximum applies. The limits that apply to you depend on your chosen method and your account status.
• Most payment methods land your winnings fast: no sooner than 1 hour, no later than 4. Bank wires cruise slower, so allow as much as 12 hours.
• Zero fees on deposits. Zero fees on withdrawals.

Who are you, and where are you playing from? We check both before any first deposit clears. Payouts go only to payment methods that carry your name. Our Account Verification page lists the documents that qualify.

H. Governing law

Canadian law runs the house.

These terms, and how they are applied, fall under Canadian law plus the local laws of wherever you play. Disputes our complaints process cannot resolve go before Canadian courts. We open our doors only to players in places where it is legal locally, and we meet Canadian requirements on age, identity checks and anti-money laundering.

I. Eligibility

19 and over. In Canada. Where the law says yes.

To play, you must:

• be 19 or older;
• be physically in Canada each time you play;
• be physically in a jurisdiction whose laws allow real-money casino games online;
• not be barred by a self-exclusion you arranged with us, nor partway through any cooling-off period you picked.

Until your age and location are verified, deposits remain blocked. Accounts found to be run by anyone under 19 are closed, and funds in them are handled under our Underage Gambling Policy.

K. Intellectual property

The lights, the logo, the code: all protected.

The Belleville Casino name, logo, site design, text and software are our property, or that of the studios and partners licensing them to us. The site is yours for personal play and nothing else. Copying, framing, reselling or reusing our content or software requires our written permission.

L. One account per person and registration

One player. One account. Real details.

One person, one account, no exceptions. Sign up with the date you were born, your legal name, your email and your home address. Something changes? Update it right away. Lock your account with a password nobody could guess, and never hand it out. Anything done under your login counts as you.

Extra accounts we discover are closed until just one is left, and any bonus or winnings connected to them can be cancelled.
